Foot and Lower Limb Concerns

There are many structural similarities between hands and feet which is why our physios are the preferred referrer for many foot and ankle specialists on the Gold Coast.

Our team of physios are very lucky to have been supported through training programs from leading ankle and foot specialists and have honed their skills to this specific area.

Our team can provide diagnosis, treatment and education for all foot conditions. Active Therapy can assess X-Rays, cast if needed, provide rehab programs and get you back to your most Active self. Led by our Foot and Ankle specialist Physio, Jordan and our Senior Physio with over a decade of experience, Miles - our team has developed a great name on the coast with other health care providers.

We provide and source supports or can cast fractures post injury.

Shoulder and Neck Injuries

Our team is the preferred referrer of many doctors on the Gold Coast for shoulder injuries. This is due to our specialty in upper limb conditions and the often complex interplay between hand, elbow, shoulder and neck pain.

Active Therapy physios undertake the Australian Hand and Upper Upper Therapy 3 year degree. This ensures they are the best in their field.

We see it so often where a bicep, elbow or shoulder injury is actually starting some place else. We can assess the full scope of upper limb and neck concerns to get the right diagnosis and get you on the right treatment path.

Who we See?

  • Brachial Plexus injuries
  • Shoulder pain
  • Neck pain
  • Tennis elbow
  • Rotator Cuff Tears
